Refund policy

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our product.

We accept items for exchange if sizing is wrong or if we have the size in stock. There are no refunds unless a defective product is received with proof or if you ship the product back to us.

RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED 14 DAYS AFTER YOUR ITEM AS BEEN DELIVERED.

Items exchanged for sizing must be in new unused condition with original packaging, tags still in tact, and no odor.

Fast Route will not be responsible for any packages lost in the mail. If we do not have desired size available we can exchange for a product of same value for exchange.
